Rosa M. Arcuri joined KE as a fellow in October 2016 and was elected as KE’s Vice President on April 22, 2017. She is an Italian Human Rights lawyer. Since 2008, she has been an advocate for Children and Refugees protection and has assisted authorities to investigate and address human rights violations. Her experience includes protection response in Sub-Saharan region where she helped local NGOs with capacity building, providing training and technical assistance.

She holds a Law Degree and a Masters Degree in Human Rights and Conflict Management from Scuola Sant’Anna in Pisa.  She is preparing Kids Empowerment’s Country Report on Italy and is involved in project development for Kids Empowerment in Italy.
