He is a legal expert in Human Rights law, notably Child’s rights and transitional justice. He is a legal consultant in social and integration of foreign persons. Over the past 10 years he has been coordinating numerous projects addressing legal, educational, social, environmental and cultural issues. This includes field projects abroad such as a position as an electoral observer with NDI and RON (Réseau des Observateurs Nationaux) in Haiti and in RDC where he was Assistant to the Director of the ICTJ. He has extensive experience working with children and youth. In his time as an advisor on child rights for Terre des Hommes France he helped the creation of the organization’s youth group (“Jeunes Deters”) which he facilitated. He was a law professor at Martinique’s Law Faculty 2008-2011 and 2013-2014. He is the Campaign Coordinator of the « Destination Unknown Campaign » for Terre des Hommes France.
He holds a PhD in International Public Law.
